July 23, 2008 - The IPCop team is proud to announce the Final 1.4.21 Release today!

IPCop Linux is a complete Linux distribution whose sole purpose is to protect the networks on which it is installed. It is extremely easy for anyone to install and configure. Frequently, the IPCop firewall can be installed within 10 to 15 minutes.

IPCop is a SmoothWall look-alike and is based on original SmoothWall GNU fork.

This update fixe the few issues found after 1.4.20 release.

- Update download button was not working after 1.4.19 installation because HTML:: Parser perl code has been partially only updated.

Button will work again after 1.4.21 installation.

If installation has been made from 1.4.20, HTML:: Parser code is ok and button work.

Changes summary:

Fixes:

- Fix vpn-watch with host having aliases
- Fix three security issues in perl CVE-{2005-3962,2007-5116,2008-1927}

As there is very few changes, I will only release the update and the sources. You could still install from 1.4.20 and update to 1.4.21.
